Contact forms and customer inquiries

Our website contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. It is configured to send submissions to our business email inbox. Information you provide when contacting us is used to handle your inquiry and related customer service.

The form does not include a file-upload or marketing-subscription field. Contact Form 7 itself does not maintain a database of submitted messages. Messages delivered by email may remain in the receiving email system.

Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information through the contact form or by email.

Clover online ordering

Our Order Online links take you to our University City ordering page on Clover. Ordering and checkout occur on Clover, outside our WordPress website.

Our Clover merchant system contains customer contact fields and order records. Depending on what you provide and how information is linked to your order, these records can include your name, email address, telephone number, items ordered, purchase date, order amount and purchase history. Clover also provides transaction and payment reporting.

Clover handles information under its own practices. Please review the Clover Privacy Notice for information about its collection, use, retention and privacy choices.

ezCater catering orders

Our website links to ezCater for catering orders. Orders handled through ezCater are also subject to ezCater’s privacy practices.

The information collected during an ezCater order and made available to participating restaurants depends on ezCater’s services and the ordering process. Please review ezCater’s policy when using its platform.

Current customer marketing practices

Antonio’s is not currently:

  • Sending marketing emails or marketing text messages.
  • Running a customer loyalty or rewards marketing program.
  • Uploading customer lists to advertising platforms.
  • Selling or renting customer information.

These statements describe our current practices. Customer-service and order-related communications are separate from marketing communications.

We use providers such as Clover, ezCater, email services, website hosting and payment processors to operate the business. Our Google advertising technology is described separately below.

Google Ads and Order Online click tracking

Our website uses a Google advertising tag for advertising measurement. This includes recording clicks on Order Online links that send visitors to our University City Clover ordering page.

An Order Online click indicates ordering interest. It does not confirm a completed purchase, payment or Clover order.

Google may receive information such as the page URL, IP address, browser or device information, and cookie or advertising identifiers. Website activity can contribute to automatically generated advertising audiences; this is separate from uploading customer contact lists.

Google may use information for advertising measurement, fraud prevention and personalization, depending on applicable settings and choices. Learn more about how Google uses information from websites that use its services.

Google Maps and reCAPTCHA

Our contact page includes Google Maps. Our website also uses Google reCAPTCHA to help protect forms against spam and automated abuse.

These services communicate with Google and are subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Cookies and privacy choices

Our website and services loaded through it use cookies or similar technologies for website operation, spam protection and advertising measurement.

You can manage cookies through your browser and review advertising preferences through Google Ad Settings. Turning off personalized advertising does not necessarily stop advertising measurement or all information collection. Blocking cookies may affect some website or external-service functions.

The University City website does not currently provide a dedicated Cookie Choices control.

Meta advertising tracking

Our University City website uses Meta Pixel, a technology provided by Meta, which operates Facebook and Instagram. Meta tracking loads automatically unless a saved setting in your browser disables it. We use it to understand website activity and measure advertising effectiveness.

The activities measured are:

  • Page views.
  • Clicks to view our menu.
  • Order Online clicks leading to our University City Clover ordering page.
  • Clicks to call the deli.
  • Clicks to get directions to our University City location.
  • Clicks to view catering or hoagie trays.

An Order Online click does not confirm a completed Clover purchase. A Directions click does not confirm a store visit. A Call click does not confirm a connected call or completed sale.

These events do not transmit completed-order information, purchase amounts or revenue. We do not include customer names, email addresses, telephone numbers, payment information or contact-form contents in these six events.

Meta may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, page information, and cookie or advertising identifiers. Meta may combine information with other information it holds and use it for measurement, advertising delivery and personalization, as described in Meta’s Privacy Policy.

We do not display an automatic Meta consent popup or banner. You can open Meta Privacy Choices in the University City website footer and select Disable Meta Tracking to stop future Meta tracking through this implementation in this browser. Disabling tracking refreshes the page; it does not undo information already sent. You can use the same control to enable tracking again. Existing saved opt-outs remain effective for their remaining preference period.

We remember your setting in this browser for up to 180 days using a preference cookie. If that cookie expires or is cleared, or you use a different browser without a saved opt-out, Meta tracking loads automatically. You can return to Meta Privacy Choices to disable it again.

These controls apply only to Meta tracking. They do not change the separate Google services described elsewhere in this policy.

External services and websites

We use external services to support website operation, management, email, ordering, payment processing, spam protection and advertising measurement. These services may receive information needed to provide their functions.

Our website also links to maps, social networks, press articles and other external websites. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy notices. Review those notices before providing information or using their services.

Retention

Retention varies by record type, the service involved and applicable business, legal, accounting, security and operational needs. Email systems, ordering platforms and other providers also have their own storage and retention practices.

We do not promise a specific deletion schedule for every record. Some information may need to remain available to address transactions, accounting requirements, disputes or legal obligations.
